Refund Policy

We offer a complete return or exchange policy within 60 days of purchase. This is a no questions asked policy.

We're that happy you'll love our gear we know that after your first use you'll won't want to part with it. 

If you do decide your purchase isn't perfect for any reason, please head over to the Murgs Return and Exchange Portal in the header. Here is everything you need to return and exchange any items.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange the item must have proof of postage that it has been sent back to us within 60 days of the order being placed. 

Items outside the 60 days are ineligible for exchange or refund. 

Sale items and items that are discontinued may be exchanged but not refunded. but this will be clearly stated in the description of the particular product. 

We require up to 3 working days from receipt of your product to refund or dispatch the replacement item. Often this is done within 1-2 working days.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as consumables, products that are sealed such as tape, and bottles due to hygiene. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Only items purchased from may be returned via the portal, for any other products purchased from alternative vendors please speak to them directly.

Free Gift 

If an order qualifies for a free gift or bonus item once a threshold is surpassed and the order is returned, the free gift needs to be returned also. Failing to do so will mean the free gift value is to be deducted from the refunded balance. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Please be aware refunds can take up to 5 working days from when we initiate the refund and the delay is with the payment processor, not ourselves.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded but only exchanged for in store credit.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, use the exchange portal at the top of the homepage. We'll get you sorted quickly and easily. Any issues please contact us at

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. Gifted items may not be returned if used and need to be in an original condition.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Murgs are not responsible for any lost or missing parcels sent to addresses other than the one given on the Returns Portal. Similarly we are not responsible for any parcels that do not arrive as it is your responsibility to ensure safe return.
